These files have been prepared so that you may have a readily accessible means of determining the various zoning districts throughout the City of Morgantown. These files were produced by the offices of the City Manager and the City Planner, and are the sole property of the City of Morgantown.

All requests for verification of zoning classifications, districts and other zoning information should be directed to the Office of the City Planner at (304) 284-7431 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Voice mail messages may be left at this number 24 hours a day.
