Local Towing Practices
The City of Morgantown has received a number of calls requesting regulatory information on local towing companies that use unfair towing practices during busy WVU events. The City of Morgantown is prohibited from regulating local towing companies due to the fact that they fall under the regulatory control of the WV Public Service Commission.
