As developed in our 1992 through 1995 ADA Paratransit Plan update submissions to the Federal Transit Administration, the above named transit systems will be in full compliance with all six ADA paratransit service requirements and continue to meet the on-going requirements for the public participation of persons with disabilities.
The above named systems held their Public Hearing on this annual ADA Paratransit Plan update submission to FTA on January 4, 1995. A copy of the Meeting Notice, Notes and Comments received at the hearing, or by other means, are summarized and attached for your review. Throughout the past year, the various system's paratransit coordinators met with their advisory committees of persons with disabilities to discuss ADA paratransit services relative to the six service criteria.
