Special Event, Parade, and Noise Ordinance Waiver Application Form
FIFTEEN days are needed to process a parade/Special Event/Noise waiver.
Applications submitted with less than fifteen days processing time will not be approved.

Please print form, fill out and return to City Manager's Office, in person, at the City Manager's Office at least 15 days prior to event.
