Construction continues on the 4th phase of High Street Streetscape work in downtown Morgantown. Traffic south of Pleasant Street will be restricted during construction, but all businesses will remain open and accessible to the public. Property owners have contributed to the project through the High / Morgan Business Improvement District. Let's support these business and property owners that are supporting the improvements downtown.
