Introduction
As directed by City Council herein you will find a status report on the City Government
Departments. As way of general organization, each Department Report contains the following
information:
- Department Goals/Purpose
- Description of Current Programs
- Resource [Size, Equipment, Assets]
- Review of Past Year's Activities
- Forecast for Coming Year
Although not part of the budget process to be init iated in January, I
am hopeful that you will find the report s helpful as way of
preparat ion. During the interim, if you should have any quest ions or
need any further informat ion, please call upon me at once.
