• Status: Replacement Part-Time (Shared w/ AEI) Employee; Job Description Given to BOPARC office for ad to be placed in newspaper/ Current Status: Ad placed this week (according to Mark Wise/BOPARC)
• Replacement MMC Members/ Current Status: Discussion
• Status: 2007-08 ($25,000) Grant Proposal Application Submitted to Mon County Commission on Feb.8^th, 2007/ Current Status: $5,000 awarded
• Status: Submission of grant proposal to GMCT (turned in March 29^th) / Status:
• WV Day Festival / D. DeGripp (1^st Year/ 2007/ Inside MMC & Parking Area)
• Mini-Exhibit/ Off-site: Morgantown Public Library/ R. McEwuen
• MMC Tent/Canopy Ordered/ LOGO Vote/ D. DeGripp

2. New Business:

• MMC joins Morgantown Chamber of Commerce Community Vision Foundation’s Arts Group Fund: Speaker Chamber: Brenda Walker, Director of Development: Q’s&A’s
• Status: Friends of Morgantown History Museum/ Process Status: R. McEwuen

• New Gifts to MMC: Darinka Collection, Etc., R. McEwuen
• New Gifts/ Long-Term Loan to MMC: Morgantown Historic Photo Collection (Morgantown Area Visitor & Convention Bureau)
• New Gifts/ Long-Term Loan to MMC: 9 Sally McLain Paintings (reflecting early historical scenes in Morgantown/ Morgantown Visitor & Convention Bureau)

• : Friends of Morgantown History Museum (fund raising arm)/ Master List Completed; Status: 501C-3 papers/ R. McEwuen
