Rental Housing Listing Definitions

APT = Apartment Building defined by Code Enforcement Office.

B & L = Boarding and Lodging structure defined by Code Enforcement Office.

CON = Condemned.

DEM = Demolished building that was once a rental property.

DUP = Duplex building defined by Code Enforcement Office.

HOU = Single Family House defined by Code Enforcement Office.

OWN = Owner Occupied home - To be included on the list, this structure included a rental unit at some point in time.

RAZ = Razed (demolished) building that was once a rental property.

TRI = Triplex building defined by Code Enforcement Office.

VAC = Identified as vacant by Code Enforcement Office.

EXP = Date of Rental Registration expiration.

INSPECT = Date of most recent passing inspection to be registered, renewed.
